Wet-laid nonwoven fabric

Details

There are three types of non-woven fabrics: dry, wet, and spunbond.
The process of wet-laid nonwoven fabric is similar to the method of producing paper. The fibers mixed with water are evenly placed on the net and dehydrated with pressure and heat.
It can make a paper-like feel and produce products with high uniformity. And can use shorter fibers than dry type.
Wet-laid non-woven fabric breaks the traditional spinning process, adopts wet-laid web-forming technology, and forms fibers on a paper machine at one time to make finished products.
Reduces labor intensity and improves labor productivity. It not only saves energy, but also saves manpower and material resources, and reduces production costs.

Environmental protection of wet-laid nonwovens

Water resources protection
The production of wet-laid fabrics requires less water. Water is only used as the transmission medium of fibers, and it will be recycled in the system without being decomposed, and will not cause any damage or waste to water resources. Reduce the excessive use of water resources by small-scale papermaking, and can effectively protect water resources.

Environmental Protection
The wet-laid non-woven fabric process can make full use of the existing papermaking equipment, and the production of non-woven fabrics can be realized without major technical transformation. From putting into use to product warehousing, there is no dust, no waste gas and no waste water discharge in the whole process.
